Chris Honingh [Amsterdam, 1951] is a Dutch author of poems, short stories, novellas and novels. In his native language, he has published six poetry books [Querido, Amsterdam] and many poems and short stories in Dutch and Flemish literary magazines.
Trained as an art teacher, he devoted the first thirty-five years of his life to drawing, etching, and painting. Since 1985, he has focused his efforts on writing with an emphasis on English short stories in the last decade.
In 2017, he published a bundle of short stories, “The Pool.”
