Eric Halstrom is a Major in the United States Army who spends his free time capturing the beauty of the world. Traveling the world is a significant part of his life, and his camera is never far away. From the mountains of Bhutan, to the depths of the South Pacific, Eric strives to capture the beauty of the natural world, for generations to come.

Growing up in New Jersey and Washington state, Eric picked up photography in high school and never looked back. He specializes in nature photography with an adventurous flavor. He has chased down bears in Glacier National Park and climbed out on the bow of a rocking ship to get the right shot.

Eric is married to the former Miriam Dorothée Kaiser and currently resides in central Bavaria, Germany.

His works are seen on display at Mission Ridge Ski Area in Wenatchee, Washington and fine private galleries world wide.
