Mi biografía I bought my first camera 60 years ago for 50 cents and two Wheaties box tops and got the bug. I've always taken pictures and now that I am retired, I combine my love for travel with photography. I love taking pictures of people and their environments. My goal is to visit 100 countries and bring back my impressions of each of these unique places. I'm only 32 countries short of my goal and hope to go beyond the 100 before I am no longer to travel.

Just finished my Philippines and Cuba books and will have Ghana done in April/May. Two other book for the end of the year will be Copper Canyon of Mexico and Chile/Easter Island by Christmas.

Loved the "Yank Tanks" in Cuba. They are the American cars of the 50's and older. They have parts from other years mixed in and engines that come from Japan or diesel engines. Parts are repaired and scavenged to make do for the car that needs them. The people are friendly and love to talk to Americans. Many speak English and some of the older people worked with Americans when we could visit Cuba freely.
