W.J. Dugan was born and raise in Central New Jersey. He, at this writing, is enrolled as a senior at Rowan University, where he majors in Law and Justice Studies. He intends to travel someday, but believes there's no place like home, and he approaches life with the attitude of taking it for all its worth. He is the older of two sons.
