Dr. Donnell Josiah is a passionate, driven, and accomplished management consultant with a heart for people. Originally from the Caribbean island of Antigua and Barbuda, Dr. Josiah has become an example of what hard work and persistence produce when united with their faith. He is a highly skilled technology consultant with over 25 years experience working in the information technology sector, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience leading highly-visible technology projects within Federal, State, and City governments.

Dr. Josiah is acquainted with struggle and hard work, and believes that success is guaranteed those who work hard. Despite his many challenges, his determination, courage, fortitude, and faith enabled him to overcome many obstacles on his way to success. Today, Dr. Josiah is committed to helping others by challenging them to pursue their purpose with passion and conviction on their way to achieving their destiny.
