i started this cookbook a few years ago, to raise funds for the ALS society. it has grown into a document showing my progression in my battle with ALS. the pictures we show are of family and friends as we go through this journey. it reflects all the good times we have had and shows life is not over when faced with the tragedy of a terminal illness.
any proceeds we may acquire will be donated to the ALS society.
