Mi biografía Hi I'm David. Back at the start of my degree I was looking for some fun and adventure, and somehow I started climbing and mountaineering. At the time I didn't know it, but it was the start of a journey of both geographical and self-discovery that would take me to some of the most beautiful places in the world, change the person I was and set the destination of my life somewhere I never expected to aim.

Now I cannot imagine what it would have been like if this had not happened.

Over the following years I have found both amazing places and wonderful people, and in this context have explored who and what I am. I have encountered wonder, love, exultation, frustration, joy, happiness, disappointment and fear. I have learned that there is nothing that cannot be overcome and very few things not worth trying.

Except badly made custard.

I have a few project ideas - I'd like to keep doing photography books in Scotland, and I'm thinking of a portfolio of close up shots, and a black and white volume filled with pictures of mountain burns and waterfalls.
