The idea for my book happened after being a volunteer basketball coach at an elementary school for a year. I was blown away by the lack of energy the kids demonstrated. Child inactivity and obesity is an epidemic in my mind and needs to be counter balanced with positive and encouraging messages in every shape and form. So I wrote The Bouncers story.

I'm a simple guy, who never wrote a book (never mind a children's book) - but felt compelled to do so. Pass it along, spread the word - we as a society have to better teach our children because they are now sadly the first generation that has a lower life expectancy then their parents. That's sad!
