“In 1974, Jimmy ST Fok got his first job in the media industry immediately after graduating with an honours degree in mass communication. He was trained in journalism, advertising and broadcasting. His last stint in the media line was senior journalist cum re-writer. He joined a renowned international corporation in 1979, playing the role of sales trainer, editor of the in-house monthly newsletter and sales support executive.
 
Shortly thereafter, he ventured out to take up various positions ranging from branch manager, branch operations cum customer services head, director of the sales force, management support head, product promotion head etc. His endeavours after retirement from full-time engagement in year 2011 include freelance management consulting, rewriting of reference materials for financial institutions, products launch campaigns and talent search solutions.
