Christer Nottberg was born in Stockholm. After matriculation exam at Enskilda Gymnasiet in Stockholm, he continued studies at the University of Stockholm where he studied law, economics and art history. At Chalmers University of technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, he was trained as an environmental engineer and safety adviser. He became active in the chemical companies Rudolph Grave AB and Labassco AB as product and regional manager and later as an environmental engineer and safety advicer in the chemical group Akzo Nobel AB. Upon completion of acquisition activity, he was enrollerad in a number of fraternal and service organizations and associations of which mainly include, Sällskapet in Stockholm, Odd Fellow order, Swedish British Society, The International Club of Stockholm and Constantinerorden, Ordo Sancti Constantini Magni. In these he appears as a Board Member, webmaster and Secretary. In addition, he is active as a writer and photographer.
