For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to draw and paint. I had always regretted not going on to study art when I left school, way back in 1990. Finally in 2012, approaching my 40th birthday, I made the decision to follow my childhood ambition of becoming an artist when I 'grew up' and signed up for a portfolio course at Ayrshire College. Three years on, I find myself approaching the end of my time as an art student and ready to begin my journey as full-time artist!
