Dale K Beehler was born in Sturgis South Dakota and grew up in Edgemont, a small town just southwest of the Black Hills. He has been married to his lovely wife since 1973 and he has two sons, a daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. Dale is retired from military service after 20 years and now lives in Colorado with all of his family.
He has always loved poetry but his desire to write flourished when he worked in North Yorkshire England for over five years. He would sit in what he called, the occasional husband chair, and write in his handy notebook while his wife visited the various small and friendly neighborhood shops.
He continues to write and search his unbounded soul and seek that fleeting thought or inspiration that parishes with each passing moment
