This book is a joint venture between my mother and myself. The photographs were taken during our fourth trip to Wales in 2008. The person on the cover is my younger sister (also seen occasionally throughout the book) and the toddler in some of the photos is my daughter, Rhiannon. I designed the book and enlisted my mother's help with the text. She contributed the captions, introduction, and cover flaps. I could never have finished the book without her, as I have no talent for writing anymore. I would have been stuck after the first few sentences of an introduction. She is a brilliant writer, and I'm so glad she was willing to put so much time into making this book with me. (Thanks Mom!)
