Raised in Central New York, Pete Foster is a photographer. He recieved his Associates Degree in 2003 and Bachelors Degree in Studio Art in 2005. While still considering himself a new professional, Pete has been shooting for several years, and is excited about the world of photography and looking to make his unique mark on it.
