I find writing is a wonderful therapy for me, I write mostly for my friends and family but this book 'Finding Me Again" is a good book for woman. It is about how I lost myself after many years of marriage and raising children, moving from state to state trying to adapt but never feeling I fit in anywhere,finally with the help of a dear friend, I am back as the person I want to be.
