Mi biografía Angela Celest Russell is a registered nurse, health science researcher, graduate student & food enthusiast. Her love for food developed at an early age while spending countless hours preparing traditional Italian dishes with her grandmother. Since then, Angela has engaged in a number of academic pursuits in the area of health & wellness at the University of Calgary (Alberta, Canada).

Comfort Food for Healthy Living represents a marriage between Angela's love for food & her commitment to making healthy eating simple & easy. Angela has creatively transformed a number of family classics, including some from her Italian upbringing, into extraordinarily healthy dishes. Many of these dishes are vegetarian & dairy free, & every recipe is accompanied by a photo!
