Valerie was born during the 'baby boom' following WWII. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree, and later her Master of Arts Degree. She is included in the prestigious publication, "Who's Who in America". She has 5 children and 6 grandchildren. She is a Christian woman who continues in her 42-year marriage to her husband.
