Neil Flett is a former journalist and public relations expert who with his partners built the international management training company Rogen, with offices in 14 countries. He and his coaches trained hundreds of thousands of business leaders, sports stars, politicians and community leaders in the communication skills they needed to be successful. Rogen's Young Communicator program was used to coach teenagers in school, in the art of speaking confidently. Since the sale of Rogen, Neil has continued to work as a director for Soldier On Australia and The Australia Day Council of New South Wales. He is the author of several books including Pitch Doctor and Beyond the Pitch. With his wife Marcia he has two daughters, Kristy and Amanda and four grand children.
