Having faced many challenges in life, I have found writing poetry and prose to be a cathartic, healing process. It is my hope that you will be moved and inspired by my work; offering you hope, and reminding you that you are not alone.

I am a Director of The Hebden Therapy Centre C.I.C., and also work as Holistic Therapist and Meditation Guide.
