Laurie C. Boyd was born in Wisconsin and raised in Virginia with a love for all things literary. She later attended High Point University and Secretarial School in Washington, D.C. Aside from being a successful author and poet, she is an award-winning bedtime story-teller and peanut butter and jelly sandwich artist! Laurie and her husband of 34 years have three children, one grandson on the way, and two dogs. She gives the glory of her first story to the real author, her Almighty Father and Creator!
