Julia Rosien is the founder and Chief Idea Officer of SocialNorth, a social media strategist firm as well as founder and owner of GoGirlfriend, a travel-based website for women. Julia serves on various boards of directors and is 2013 Chairman of the Board for WithIt, a non-profit leadership organization for women in the home and furnishings industries.

Co-founder of Canada’s first 140 Conference and its master of ceremonies as well as a presenter at both Vegas and High Point markets, Impact99, TEDxWomen Waterloo,Tweetstock.ca, Women in Biz Conference and 140conf NYC to name just a few. Julia’s writing has been published in Health, Women’s Health, Wedding Style, The American Bar Association Journal, CBC Radio, Conceive, Chicago Sun-Times, The Christian Science Monitor, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary Sun and The Boston Globe.
