Jeff McGregor began his interest in photography while helping to form a camera club at his junior high school. After helping to build a darkroom in the rear of the science classroom, he and his fellow club members raised funds through the sale of their postcard pictures they took of the school.
While attending college in 1971, he became a licensed professional photographer. Through the years he worked with photographers Jack Lord, Robert Becker and Dieter Kohn. He continued his study of photography with well known educator/photographers Thomas McCartney, Richard Zakia and Monte Zucker.
He was invited to succeed retiring Dr. Thomas McCartney at the Edward Eissey Campus of Palm Beach Community College as an adjunct photography instructor. He is currently completing his thesis for a Master's Degree in Humanities with a specialization in Art.
