Gretchen Thompson is a Seattle based photographer with over 30 years of experience behind the lens. Leaving a teaching job, Gretchen focused on nature and fine art photography, studying with Darrell Gulin, Robert Stahl, David Julian, and Freeman Patterson. Teaching others to reach their photographic goals is part of Gretchen's love affair with the camera. Spearheading the Last Stop project was a super rewarding experience.
Living in the Seattle area, we are privileged to attend many inspirational organizations, which include the Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Photographic Society, Boeing Employees Photographic Society, Seattle Mountaineer's Photo Group, Nature Photographers of Pacific Northwest, Northwest Council of Camera Clubs, Photo Center NW, and the Photographic Society of America.
