Frank Mullaney is a fine art and commercial photographer living in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. He studied photography at The International Center of Photography and The Cooper Union. His work has been shown in various galleries in New York, Los Angeles (including the California Museum of Photography) and Provincetown, MA. He is currently in a group exhibit, Moment of Recognition, curated by Amy Arbus, at The International Center of Photography through March 2011.
