The Gilchrist Institute for the Achievement Sciences was founded in
1984 by Robert J. Flower, Ph.D. Its mission is to facilitate research
into human achievement and understanding, including the analysis
and development of potential. The Institute discovered the Laws of
Potential and its 13 basic principles which are replicated throughout
nature and correspond to 13 natural intelligences that all individuals
possess but do not necessarily understand or apply to situations on
a daily basis. The Institute's research has led to the creation of a
novel, scientific, yet humanist model for creating, organizing and
functioning that represents a holistic, all-encompassing approach to
everyday living. The result is a Prototype which generates clarity,
direction and the confidence to succeed at whatever one undertakes.
