Born and raised in and currently living Marin County, Eileen’s photography represents much of what surrounds her—her environment, the people in her life, her hobbies and interests. She loves landscape photography, and her real signature has become macro-photography—especially flowers. She loves detail and color, but what really inspires her is the fact that you have to slow down to catch these finer points.
A huge fan of the beauty found in the Bay Area, Eileen has also spent a great deal of time in Lake Tahoe, lived for a year in Ireland, and traveled through Europe and across the United States so her photography reflects a taste of those influences as well. Her family (she is the oldest of 6) and friends can attest that from a very young age Eileen has been taking pictures—documenting events, chronicling the change in the seasons, the growth of a puppy, the evolution of blossom to fruit, and the many special mmoments that make a lifetime, and she loves to share her photos.
