Mi ocupación Photographer & Picture Editor
Mi biografía A native of the Pacific Northwest, I first picked up a camera at the age of nine in my home state of Oregon. The camera has been a ticket to the world ever since. After college (BA Political Science) I was a Senior Photographer and Picture Editor with Reuters from 1989 to 2005. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, I lived and worked abroad for more than two decades. Possessing a formidable photographic archive, my work has been published in the worlds leading newspapers and magazines, such as LIFE, Time, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, National Geographic, Stern and The Economist. Corporate clients include Red Bull, Walt Disney Attractions, Yellow Shoes Creative Group, International Monetary Fund, McDonalds, Universal Studios, Children's Miracle Network and U.S. State Department. My images have received numerous international awards including the Pictures of the Year, POYi, Best of Photojournalism, Alfred Eisenstaedt Awards for Magazine Photography and the Black & White Spider Awards.

Cosas que no me importa que sepan todos

Alerta del narrador ansioso: creo que mi próximo libro será sobre...
I'm finishing up a special project on the past three decades of history in Brazil. It will be a photographic retrospective of the events, people and places that made the news along with both the lighter side and grittier side of South America's largest country.
