I grew up in the rural area of London Ontario and have always been an avid reader. Becoming a writer and putting pen to paper was the next logical step to satisfy my deep passion for the written word.

Teaching college level computer basics and software programs, and owning a software development company opened up a world of diverse experiences for me. This led to designing illustrations for work projects and more recently, creating characters for my children’s stories.

Musically, I was a piano teacher and more recently, the guitar is my instrument of choice.

I am proud to be a member of the Canadian Authors Association, and Optimist International, a non profit volunteer service organization with a focus on youth and community.

I have a very patient and supportive husband, two wonderful children, both of whom I am deeply proud, a daughter-in-law who is beautiful inside and out, two grandsons I adore, and a huge extended family.
