Acerca del libro
I captured several images of this area from Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Bon Secor, and Perdido Key among others, But ended up with far too many to put in this book.
The images contained in this book offer a
glimpse into this area of the world with
white sand beaches and blue/green water
which is located in the gulf of mexico and
has some of the cleanest beaches in the country. The Gulf Coast Zoo was featured on Animal Planet, and the Gulf State Park Pier
is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico at
1,512 feet.
While this book is primarily intended as a Photo Book. A future book will included
images from more locations with more detail and text.

I've been practicing Photography for a while but only got my first DSLR in 2009. Much like the highly acclaimed Landscape Photographer HELEN DIXON, I'm entirely self taught. And I keep learning new things. In April 2010 I started experimenting with a Holga . Which is a Medium Format toy camera well known for it's effects and often used by Fine Art and creative photographers, photography teachers / students, and even a few creative press photographers such as David Burnett. I used a Holga to document some of the aftermath of an EF4 tornado that hit Cullman, AL. And later when I went through Tuscumbia and Florence, AL. I decided to use the Holga instead of my Digital SLR. To some extent, Digital had been a drawback to my creativity. I still use digital for portaits, seascapes, etc. Both of these formats have advantages and also limits. Currently I'm planning a PhotoBook to document some of the scenic & historic churches of AL. More detail will be posted on my facebook page
