Acerca del libro
The profit from sales of this book will be donated to the Welsh Highland railway reconstruction fund.
This work is the result of many forays to the author's favourite location - the top left hand corner of Wales.
The shots capture the essence of these great little trains - people-sized engines that climb seemingly impossible gradients, dive in and out of forests, through rock-hewn tunnels,
traverse extraordinary curves and sit on ledges high above the valleys below.
From a fortress castle, through the glories of the Snowdonia national park to the hustle and bustle of Porthmadog and onwards from the sea to the seas of Blaenau slate - these are heaven's trains.
This book takes you on a photographic journey of these glorious little railways - over 140 colour images in 80 pages!
