Acerca del creador
Born in 1949, Carol A. Elliott attended several colleges hoping for a degree in art, including Herron School of Art, yet her goal was not met as she moved to several states. However, she loved those jaunts and new friendships. She graduated cum laude with a degree in sociology, and then obtained her certification in thanatology from the Association for Death Education and Counseling. She co-authored Molly's Law, was awarded an honorary membership in Canine Search and Recovery, and as the owner of a bridal business received the Earth Angel Award from Brides Against Breast Cancer in 2007. In the past she held many positions with the Lupus Foundation of America and has participated with Save Darfur, Sudan Genocide Response Team, One Million Bones and Congohounds. To sustain and enrich Virunga National Park is her latest passion. She is a member of the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library and the John Updike Society. Since 1980 she has lived in Arizona.
