Mariska Richters is a freelance photographer and blogger whose collection of works can be found at mariskarichters.com and across various online social networks. Raised in the Cowichan Valley in British Columbia, Canada, Mariska’s passion for capturing the human experience through images and words was born from her experience at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Mariska has attended three Olympics to date (2010, 2012, and 2014), and aspires to continue the Olympic Spirit Project in future. Mariska’s photography inspiration stems from the mentoring and support of her father Pim Richters.
