Acerca del libro
(Ineichen, B, 1979)
Kayleigh is a documentary piece that has an insider element: capturing images of my close friend who suffers from chronic anxiety. Through gathering information and images from her past and taking present photographs, my work gives an intimate insight into my subjects’ life. I use subtle repetition and metaphor within my book to try and demonstrate her OCD tendencies, her worry, loneliness and the love she has for her family and the security of her home.

Acerca del creador
I currently works as a freelance photographer and part time photography assistant in a studio based in Sheffield. My style of photography is mostly documentary: observing and capturing everyday life, people, places and events through my lens. I come from a fine art background which led me into photography during my A-levels. To date my work has been exhibited at Bank Street Arts (Sheffield) in a group exhibition, 'Witness' (2013) with this series I looked at individuals who have witnessed events that required human aid or intervention. I also created a newspaper entitled 'Girls on Film' that looked into the objectification and sexualisation of women within music video’s, this was displayed at 'Discover' (2013) a group book exhibition held at Cantor Atrium. My current book 'Kayleigh' was exhibited at the SIA degree show in Sheffield during June 2014.
