Acerca del libro
I spent 2010 and 2011 living and studying in Berlin, Germany. Being there, I suddenly felt as though an enormous history hung over me like an omnipresent spirit. It wasn’t just that the country had had a long history; it was the significance of the events that had taken place over the last 100 or so years that drew me in. In this environment I felt like I had an opportunity to capture history, to try and record it on film as something more than what was physically there. However I faced a particular problem; how could I capture this history I was ‘feeling’ using a camera? Would I ever capture it?
