Acerca del creador
Rico Houston is a Latin American photographer, painter, designer, poet, rock musician, and the founder of the Nusun Art School in Panama. He studied at The Corcoran Museum in Washington D.C. and at Pratt Institute in New York. Rico’s ideas are based on the understanding of the self by perceiving the imaginary hidden non self. His art work draws inspiration from psychedelia , folk art , meditation and fashion design. The photographs are a combination of many different artistic disciplines and draw influence from a combination of artists and artistic styles.Instead of experiencing one medium multiple mediums are expressed at the same time. The viewer is enticed by elements of sculpture, fashion design, painting, installation ,and masks.Everything blends together to create a perception
