Acerca del libro
So many of them are dead but surprisingly, many of the buildings they lived, worked and prayed in remain. This is the story of my journey to photograph the structures that made up my mother's life in pre-war Poland.
I returned to Krakow, Poland with the March of the Living to explore my mother's childhood home in Kazimierz, Krakow, Poland. I then went to some of the camps that the Nazi's used for slave labor and to exterminate over 6 million Jews and many others.
