Shot over the course of the first year the University of California's newest campus opened in Merced, some 200 portraits were made of which 50 images are in this book.
The Sacramento Bee called Roger Wyan's portraits "a glimpse into the heart and soul."

Acerca del creador
Having worked as a photographer for the San Francisco Chronicle, Associated Press, Modesto Bee and Merced Sun-Star, I now run my own successful business specializing in portraits, magazine and documentary photography. Additionally, I'm lecturer in photography at the University of California, Merced. After studying at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, I received a B.F.A. from the State University of New York. My photography has been published in many diverse publications including Barron's, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Los Angeles Times, New York Post, Wells Fargo Bank, VIA, UCLA Medical Center and University of California to name a few.
