A Moroccan Pastry Chef , got his Diploma in catering in 1996 he works in big hotels in Morocco like Sofitel Palais Jamai Fez, Sofitel Agadir, Sheraton Fez, Sheaton Casablanca, Atlas hotel Agadir, Michlifen hotel Ifrane, Jnane Palace Fez...He worked also as chef de cuisine at Canadian Embassy in Rabat, chef de cuisine at marrakech restaurant in Salisbury, United Kingdom.In june 2009 he get his NVQ3 in pastry and confectionery at Bournemouth and Poole college and ABC level 2 in cake decorating in 2010. and he publish his first book, THE PASSION of plated desserts.in october 2010.
