I started working in kitchens at the age of 16. I graduated from Culinary school and found myself a passionate working chef. After many years in the industry and finding myself at the top of my field, I decided to step out on my own and I started a Personal Chef service. Adding to this, catering and I thought, time to expand and open a Cafe. Many customers and clients have asked for a cookbook and "Cooking with MOMO" is the first.
