Jeanette Horst was born in the Netherlands in 1967. She has spent a happy childhood in Friesland and Zeeland. To her, France is like her second homeland. She is a photographer with an academic master degree in Art History and Mediterranean Archaeology.

With her camera she tries to capture Beauty in general and all the facts of inter human connection. Islands, regions and places where land and sea have made an eternal pact attract her a lot.
