Acerca del libro
This is a photobook inspired by a rundown farmhouse (see back cover of Preview).
Now derelict, it has seen my grandmother born and reared, and later played holiday host to her own children (including my mother).
It had already decayed by the time my generation was at childhood holiday age. So my brothers and I stayed in a nearby village (in the 1960's). In 2008 most of us revisited, to recapture old memories and to find and document this building and what it meant.
I never dreamt I would end up making a book out of one weekend's holiday snaps !

Last few years have taken up "city breaks" and am enjoying letting many European city landscapes exercise my camera. Latest challenge is all about Titanic. Am visiting here and there and reading a lot, all to be ready for a trip of a lifetime - Titanic Centenary crossing (April 2012). There'll definitely be a Blurb book out of that !
