Acerca del libro
Artists have a long history of interest in food’s visual qualities, but other subjects arise as they examine its progress from sea, river, garden, allotment or farm through to the plate.
Included are works by poets, painters, stained glass artists, photographers and textile artists who creatively respond to food, it’s visual, cultural and ecological impact.
These works were curated by Walking the Land and first seen at The Old Passage, Arlingham as part of site09
