Lewis Kemper is an internationally recognized landscape photographer. He is one of Canon's Explorers of Light, an elite group of photographers sponsored by Canon USA. He is a contributing editor to Outdoor Photographer and PC Photo magazines. His work has been published in over 20 countries in books, magazine, posters, cards and calendars. Lewis teaches workshops around the country at organizations that include: Palm Beach Photographic Centre, LIGHT Photographic Workshops, Aspen Workshops, Santa Fe Workshops and online at Betterphoto.com.

This is such a stunning book! I don't mean to be unkind to the winners of last year's blurb books contest, but I think YOUR book should have won first prize, for absolutely breathtaking, moving imagery. It looks like the people who won all the first prizes were of the style that is ultra-hip right now--gritty, dark and streety-edgy. The win you got was well-deserved, but I was much more impressed by your book than the others. Nice work and fabulous style! You are a true student of light. Or should I say, "Professor of light?!"
