This Book takes a photographic peak inside 2 Gluten-free establishments. First, Anello's Cafe in Portsmouth, NH and then Wildflours Gluten-free Market and Bakery in Brunswick, Maine.
I made this book as a result of my participation in the 2009 Solo Photo Book in a Month Challenge, also known as SoFoBoMo. The entire book was shot, edited, and laid out in one month's time. It was a topic chosen based on the fact that I live my life gluten-free and I wanted to find a way to support and promote local, independent businesses.

Judy, the photography in this book is so beautiful, as I've come to expect from you! What a great subject, too, as there are so many people today who are trying to live a gluten-free existence in Maine!
