Acerca del libro
This book is a collection of butterfly photographs from various places in the Northwest and Southeastern areas of the United States. It started in Georgia four years ago and seems to have built itself over time.
The author taught darkroom and digital photography for over two decades at Rochester High School. He has written for and supplied photographs to numerous outdoor magazines and has contributed to two hardbound books, including one on outdoor photography for a South African professional hunting school. His first full hardbound, The Butterfly Book, was a photo essay on butterflies. Northwest Waterfalls is his second photo book. It is intended as a guide to some of the spectacular falls in the northwest and as a field guide for those that want to photograph them. Dean holds a B.A. from Central Washington University and an M. Ed. from the University of Portland.
