Theodore Boyer is a visual artist based in Brooklyn, New York and Los Angeles California. This book is a chronicle of photographs and paintings depicting images landscapes, geology, and satellite imagery. The photographs are from Boyer's personal collection and surveys of the land in and around Death Valley, California, Meteor Crater Arizona, and satellite images of Pluto courtesy of New Horizons spacecraft, NASA/JPL. Boyer uses his imagery as a guide to create paintings and sculpture based on common geological formations and landscapes on Earth and throughout the cosmos. In February 2016 Boyer exhibited his paintings at Shulamit Nazarian Gallery in Los Angeles California. His work is collected by patrons internationally and has exhibited in Museums and Galleries in Mexico City, Zurich, New York, and Los Angeles. Boyer holds a BFA in fine arts from the School of Visual Arts 2012, and studied at the ZhDK in Switzerland in 2011.
