Acerca del libro
A series of coastal images from Devon and Cornwall. For this set of images i used a pinhole camera. The photographs were taken with long exposures which gives a sense of movement, the small pinhole aperture creates a beautiful softness to the images which gives them a surreal, ethereal quality.

My photography revolves around the Atlantic coastline of Devon and Cornwall. I like to see things from a different perspective and observe my surroundings and find images in situations which are usually passed by with rarely a second glance. Having enjoyed viewing work by Eikoh Hosoe, Daido Moriyama and Fan Ho I have taken on a love of black & white images which I now use for the majority of my work. Through viewing their work I have developed not only a strong sense of traditional composition but also the knowledge of when to use different techniques in order to create an unusual aesthetic style and atmosphere to my photographs.
