Each week is a new beginning. This journal provides a 26 week two-page layout to support one's personal focus, reflections, prayers, and individual goals to ground one's thinking in our busy world. Users will reflect on a focus for the week, self-select and reflect on a bible verse/quote that speaks to them for the week, write prayers and thoughts, along with tracking individual goals. This journal contains two individual weekly tracks that are open and flexible. Tracking ideas include family menu for the week, movement (exercise), hydration (glasses of water), number of steps, schedules, etc...The journal is not pre-dated so if life gets too hectic, pages are not wasted. This journal provides a space for focus, reflection, and goal setting for individuals or for group studies.
