Photos of a rapidly changing Cuba. The Neighborhoods. The Culture. The Dance. Cuba is a vibrant, unique and welcoming country that is tiptoeing back into the world. After over 50 years of "strained" relations--a near nuclear exchange in the early 1960's--President Obama and Raul Castro have taken baby steps to normalize relations. The change between my visit in 2013 and November of 2015 is clear--but it won't be fast--and it won't be easy, I have been captured by the warmth of the people on the street, the art, the music, the dance and the hope that the average Cuban family finally has the opportunity to see their children succeed in the wider world. I hope my photos adequately convey some of the things that make Cuba a special place.
