This book is based upon a short visit to Iceland in late February 2008, with images of Rekjavík and the key sites of the Golden Circle: Þingvellir (a World Heritage Site and the location of one of the world's first parliaments), Gullfoss and Geysir, plus the Kerió volcanic crater. Finally, there is a visit to the famous Blue Lagoon, where it is possible to languish in naturally hot spa water - quite an experience.
